For special needs child toy requests, please place details regarding your childs special needs in the "Comments, Special Needs" text box so we can make accomodations in their toy selection to the best of our ability. Please also note that we do not supply clothing, only toys and books.   Your application will not be considered unless you are a CURRENT resident of Elkhart, Lagrange or Steuben county. Current ID  (or a bill to show bill payment in one of those counties) with your current address is required to pick up toys once approved. Please also note that parents of children who are registered in multiple gift programs will be asked to select which program they would like to receive toys from. 


I agree to the following terms:


  1. Toys donated by Toys for Tots will not be auctioned, sold or otherwise turned over for monetary donations.
  2. Toys donated by Toys for Tots will not be taken out of state for distribution.

I understand any violation of the above agreement will result in disqualification from future donations.


We are seeking your help to make this program as successful as possible and fair to all children. Please do not inflate the number of children on your toy request form. We do our very best to make sure each child receives two toys, one large and one small. We ask you to submit a request to only one distribution center. Sorting requests made to multiple centers costs the program valuable time that could otherwise be spent on collecting and distributing toys.


I provide my consent to receive automated SMS updates regarding my application status, as well as Toys for Tots campaign messages sent by the local chapter and the national Toys for Tots headquarters. Standard message and data rates may apply

Some information may or may not be required. Incomplete or inaccurate information can impact our ability to complete your request.



































When picking up toys, please have the parent who applied for the toys for the children bring a driver's license or photo ID.

Additionaly, bring some evidence for proof of address to help us establish that you live in the county. A bill is an example of what would work. If your driver's license shows the address in the correct County, that is ok as well.

You will also be required to show a birth certificate (foreign birth certificates are fine) to show relation to the child. After registration closes for this campaign, we will compare registrations with other local gift program, and if multiple registrations exist, you will be asked to select which program you wish to participate in.
